Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in Purulia. The Sales Executive will engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate the value of Gandiv Media's services. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting client presentations, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and gathering market insights to support strategic decision-making is also integral to the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement and relationship building
  • Sales and negotiation skills, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and creative agency services such as video editing, social media management, and performance marketing
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for identifying business opportunities and addressing client needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in sales or business development, especially in marketing or creative industries, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
