Role Summary
We are seeking energetic and ambitious experienced/freshers to join our Business Development team in the IT sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end sales processes, client management, and market research, while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Support in pitching IT products/services to potential clients.
- Assist in client handling, understanding requirements, and providing suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions.
- Work with the team to achieve weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT/Computer Science/Business or related field).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- 0 - 1 year experience in sales
- Interest in IT sales, technology, and business development.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle client queries with professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (basic level)
