Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MICE Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The MICE Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, developing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role entails managing existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The executive will also participate in marketing activities, attend industry events, and stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong knowledge of the MICE industry and Event Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
