Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Executive for a full-time role based on-site in Thane, Maharashtra. The primary responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential students, and guiding them through the decision-making process regarding academic courses. This role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to customers
- Customer Service skills with an emphasis on relationship building
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving Sales goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
