Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Mumbai for a Retail Sales Executive/Manager. The role involves managing daily retail operations, assisting clients in selecting jewelry, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also oversee inventory, provide exceptional service, and maintain a high standard of product knowledge to ensure an elevated shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the store's visual appeal and assisting in marketing initiatives to drive in-store traffic.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Relationship Management skills to engage with clients and provide exceptional service
• Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Product Knowledge, particularly in jewelry, Polki, diamonds, and luxury goods
• Inventory Management and organizational skills to ensure smooth store operations
• Excellent Communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site retail environment in South Mumbai
