Job Description: ISP Sales Executive

Role 1: ISP Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow business with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), broadband operators, cable operators, LCOs, and networking resellers
  • Generate leads through calls, field visits, and market outreach
  • Conduct customer meetings and deliver product presentations and demos
  • Handle quotation preparation, follow-ups, and negotiations
  • Drive complete sales cycle: lead pitch close payment collection
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, and dispatch
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction

Preferred Product Knowledge:

  • Fiber optic cables & accessories
  • LIU (Line Interface Units), patch cords
  • SFP modules, media converters
  • Network switches, routers
  • Wireless antennas
  • ONU / OLT devices
  • General networking accessories

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent follow-up and relationship-building ability
  • Comfortable with field sales and client visits
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic proficiency in:
  • MS Excel
  • Email communication
  • CRM tools
  • WhatsApp business communication

Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

  • Networking products
  • Telecom / fiber solutions
  • ISP ecosystem
  • CCTV / IT hardware

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years in:
  • ISP sales
  • Networking or telecom product sales
  • CCTV / IT hardware sales
  • Channel / B2B sales
  • Freshers can be considered if they demonstrate:
  • Strong interest in sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Confidence and learning attitude

Additional Expectations:

  • Willingness to travel for field visits
  • Consistent reporting through CRM/Excel
  • Strong ownership of sales targets and business growth
