Job Description
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, referrals, and field visits. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Meet prospective and existing customers to present products and solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
