Itara Jewelry is a Mumbai-based fine jewelry brand. We combine modern craftsmanship with timeless design to create elegant, high-quality pieces for a new generation of jewelry buyers.We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help drive sales and build lasting relationships with our customers. The role focuses on converting inbound leads, developing strong client relationships, and representing the brand at trunk shows and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from social media, WhatsApp, and other channels

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat purchases

  • Assist customers with product recommendations and styling guidance

  • Attend and represent the brand at trunk shows, exhibitions, and client events

  • Stay informed about jewelry trends, diamond knowledge, and product details

  • Work closely with the team to convert leads into sales opportunities
