Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handling Online Sales Enquiries and processing bookings by coordinating with other team members.
  • Selling INTERNATIONAL Holiday Packages, Specialization: Bali, Maldives, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Europe, etc.
  • Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate them to the best level possible.
  • Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls
  • Handling sales inquiries, bookings, documentation, complaints handling, etc.
  • Designing and preparing itineraries and Inbound holiday packages for customers.
  • Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately.
  • Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
  • Reach the sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.
  • The candidate should be capable of doing extensive follow-ups with travelers by using multiple tools (WhatsApp app, Emails, Calls & Text Messages, etc.).
  • Hotels and International destinations knowledge.

  • 2-3 years experience,
  • Work experience in a Tour, travel & tourism firm will be preferred.
  • Should have good knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, and drafting emails
  • Looking for male/female candidates
