Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Madurai, focused on the hospitech sector. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will work closely with customers to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and meet sales targets. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities and market insights to enhance the company's offerings.
Qualifications
- Sales Skills: Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation to close deals successfully
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships in the hospitech sector
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to clearly articulate and present solutions
- Strategic Thinking: Capability to identify emerging trends in the industry and align strategies with business goals
- Technological Literacy: Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems is a plus
- Other Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Additional Skills: Prior experience in the financial or healthcare technology sectors will be advantageous.
