Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and creating new business opportunities, generating leads, developing effective strategies to attract clients, and managing individual accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and support business expansion efforts. Additional duties may include preparing reports, conducting market analysis, and contributing to sales growth strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients
  • Sound understanding of core Business principles, including market analysis and strategic planning
  • Strong Communication skills, including relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation
  • Experience in Account Management, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred
