Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining services/products to clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls and messages.
  • Explain company products/services to potential customers.
  • Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
  • Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
  • Prior experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development preferred.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Qualification

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/calling profile preferred.
