Role Overview:-
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will be an expert in South East Asia destinations and will be responsible for driving paid sales through effective communication and relationship management with clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Drive sales for South East Asia holiday packages and destinations through inbound/outbound leads
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and Hindi to understand requirements and close sales
• Provide accurate destination information, itineraries, and pricing to prospective customers
• Maintain and update customer interactions and sales pipeline on CRM
• Achieve individual sales targets independently
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
• Graduate (preferably from Tourism / Hospitality background)
• 2-3 years of experience in paid (B2C) sales, preferably in travel/tourism industry
• Strong destination expertise in South East Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic working knowledge of CRM tools
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as an individual contributor • Available to join immediately
