Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth by connecting with HR, L&D, and business leaders across organizations. The role involves generating leads, conducting meetings, building corporate relationships, and closing partnerships for employee education and development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective corporate clients through cold calling, email outreach, Visit Offices, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, and business leaders.
- Present CareerSecure's higher education and workforce development solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across organizations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable learning and development solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of corporate partnerships.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, EdTech Sales, HR Solutions, Training, or Learning & Development sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Candidate must have own laptop.
