Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Sales Executive at Ilios Technology. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include preparing and presenting proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to push sales initiatives. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and provide regular sales reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Understanding of renewable energy, solar PV systems, or experience in a related field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in market research, identifying new opportunities, and developing sales strategies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the energy or solar industry is highly beneficial
