Role Mission
To identify, connect, and build strong business relationships with buyers, distributors, and partners across the Middle East market, with a focus on achieving consistent revenue growth and establishing long-term sales channels in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Target Achievement
- Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned Middle Eastern markets
- Execute full-cycle sales process: lead generation, qualification, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
- Manage key accounts and drive repeat business
Market Expansion & Business Development
- Identify and onboard new importers, distributors, and business partners in the Middle East
- Develop a robust and growing pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
- Conduct competitor and market research to uncover new opportunities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Provide timely communication, product clarifications, and commercial support
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive service and follow-ups
Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of prospects, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools
- Share weekly progress updates and performance reports
- Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieving revenue and sales targets for the Middle East
- Minimum 10% conversion rate of qualified leads
- Expansion of distributor network & key client acquisitions
- Accurate reporting and CRM discipline.
