Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located Pune. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and representing the brand and its values. Duties include conducting product demonstrations, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in organizing presentations and conducting product demonstrations
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and goal-driven approach
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is desirable
  • A passion for sports, fitness, and wellness is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
