Position: B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with B2B clientsretailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and traders.

Drive sales of certified and non-certified diamonds; consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to close profitable deals.

Strong follow up and data keeping.

Stay updated on diamond grading (4Cs), market trends, and competitive insights.

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to expand outreach.

Share product lists, quotations, and ensure smooth after-sales support.

Maintain accurate CRM/sales records, track leads, and report key insights to management.

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Required Skills

Communication and story telling skills

Strong knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, and 4Cs grading

1-2 years experience in B2B sales and client relationship management

Strong negotiation skills and target-driven mindset

Market awareness and analytical thinking

Proficiency in Excel

Good understanding of latest industry technology and tools
