Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Madurai. The Sales Executive will manage day-to-day responsibilities, including identifying potential customers, developing and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the bank's products and services such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, resolving client queries, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, lead generation, and developing client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services, such as savings accounts, loans.
- Relevant work experience in sales or banking roles is preferred
- Good connection with DSA/connector is required
