Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, crafting persuasive sales pitches, meeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and reporting sales performance to the management.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Acquisition
- Business Development and Negotiation expertise
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Effective Time Management and Goal Setting
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience in the hospitality sector or a similar industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
