Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include presenting products and services, responding to client inquiries, generating leads, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve market research to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, client acquisition, and lead generation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with renewable energy solutions and solar inverter systems
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the renewable energy industry or a similar role is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and travel as needed
