Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, crafting persuasive sales pitches, meeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and reporting sales performance to the management.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Acquisition
  • Business Development and Negotiation expertise
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Effective Time Management and Goal Setting
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • Experience in the hospitality sector or a similar industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
