Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the HomeLane store.
  2. Generate business through walk-ins, telecalling, field marketing, apartment activations, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  3. Develop and implement business development initiatives to increase qualified leads and store visibility.
  4. Monitor and manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to booking, onboarding, design closure, and final project handover.
  5. Supervise Design Teams to ensure productivity, timely client meetings, design closures, and conversion efficiency.
  6. Track designer performance on consultations, site visits, customer engagement, and project closures.
  7. Monitor R2P pipeline to ensure smooth transition from registration to project confirmation and execution.
  8. Ensure all projects move efficiently through onboarding, measurements, design sign-off, and payment milestones.
  9. Coordinate with designers, project managers, and operations teams to maintain workflow discipline.
  10. Review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, design closures, lead stages, and R2P status.
  11. Lead and mentor tele callers, sales executives, designers, and support teams for target achievement.
  12. Build partnerships with gated communities, builders, architects, and channel partners for sustained lead flow.
  13. Plan local promotional campaigns, neighbourhood offers, and corporate collaborations.
  14. Identify bottlenecks in lead conversion, design delays, or project movement and implement corrective actions.
  15. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  16. Monitor payment collections, milestone tracking, and customer commitments.
  17. Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and strategy meetings.
  18. Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and local market opportunities.
  19. Ensure adherence to HomeLane sales standards, operational SOPs, and customer experience benchmarks.
  20. Drive overall store profitability through strategic sales planning and operational efficiency.
