About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our sales team.

The candidate should be comfortable calling leads, understanding customer requirements, taking product demos, explaining pricing/plans, handling basic objections, and following up with prospects until closure.

This role is suitable for someone who is confident in communication, eager to learn SaaS/product sales, and comfortable speaking with business owners, retailers, D2C brands, and merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
  • Understand customer business requirements and pain points.
  • Give online product demos of Shoopy / Baat.ai to potential customers.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and plans clearly.
  • Handle basic customer questions and objections during calls/demos.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with prospects.
  • Maintain lead status, call notes, and follow-up details in CRM/sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, technical queries, and customer support.
  • Work towards monthly demo, follow-up, and sales conversion targets.
  • Build good relationships with potential customers and help them understand how the product can solve their business needs.

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or telecalling.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, and online meetings.
  • Confidence in taking product demos over Google Meet/Zoom or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of CRM, Google Sheets, or sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to explain software/product features in a simple way.
  • Good listening skills to understand customer requirements.
  • Target-oriented, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Good to Have

  • Experience in SaaS sales, software sales, digital marketing services, website/app solutions, or B2B sales.
  • Experience selling to small businesses, retailers, D2C brands, or merchants.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce, WhatsApp automation, online stores, or business software.
  • Prior experience in demo-based selling.

Location

Noida / Hybrid

Candidate should be able to visit the Noida office as required.

Compensation

  • Salary as per experience and interview performance.
  • Incentives can be added based on sales/demo conversion performance.
