Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for executing sales strategies, converting leads, and driving revenue through HitFame's premium packages.
This role is ideal for someone who understands online sales, user psychology, and conversion techniques, and is comfortable interacting with creators, artists, and professionals across the entertainment industry.
The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent revenue generation and high conversion rates.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue ExecutionDrive sales of HitFame's Premium and Professional packages
- Convert inbound leads, app users, and marketing-generated leads into paying customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Actively follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- B2C Sales & User ConversionEngage directly with users including actors, singers, influencers, and creators
- Understand user needs and pitch the right package and benefits
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for paid users
- B2B Sales Support & PartnershipsAssist in building relationships with agencies, managers, studios, and production houses
- Support senior team members in closing B2B deals and partnerships
- Identify potential collaboration and revenue opportunities
- Sales Process & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems
- Follow defined sales scripts, processes, and reporting structures
- Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with prospects
- Coordination & Feedback LoopWork closely with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversions
- Share insights on customer behavior, objections, and feedback
- Contribute to improving sales scripts and conversion strategies
- Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital products, subscriptions, or app-based services
- Strong B2C sales experience with direct user interaction and conversions
- Exposure to B2B sales or client handling is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Understanding of digital sales funnels and user conversion techniques
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management
- Preferred / Plus QualificationsExperience in the media, entertainment, or creator ecosystem
- Experience dealing with creators, influencers, or artists
- Exposure to online sales, tele-sales, or inside sales roles
