Job Description

Role: Jr Business Development Manager

Location: Noida, India

Experience: 6–8 Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships while driving revenue expansion. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion strategies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and long-term growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, solutions) to ensure seamless execution and client success
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to strengthen partnerships
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet quarterly/annual targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Key Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in B2B sales/account management (IT services/consulting preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing large/strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycle within existing accounts
  • Good understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
