Overview

R&D Regulatory Affairs Associate Analyst (L6) role provides:

  • Support for PepsiCo concentrate business in India BU markets, to meet demand for compliant business-to-business beverage concentrates enabling innovation and reformulation, leading on critical regulatory compliance programme's meeting fast-paced dynamic regulatory landscape in South Asia including B2B packaging compliance, food additive/ingredient compliance, chemical notifications, classification & labelling and data approval

Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance of all concentrate/semi-finished formulas manufactured in PGCS India and PGCS Pakistan ,Ensure regulatory compliance of all packaging materials (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary) used in business-to-business shipments from PGCS to bottler locations in India & Pakistan ,
  • Act as the primary Regulatory Affairs point of contact for PGCS Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality,
  • EHS for India & Pakistan, Monitor legislative change and translate to business impact through management of a horizon scanning programme's for India & Pakistan ,
  • Drive innovation through timely review and approval of PGCS Innovation tasks whilst maintaining compliance to local regulations ,Engage with external agencies to advocate for PGCS's best interests with local authorities, trade groups and industry associations in India

Qualifications

  • Experience in regulatory affairs 2 years+
