Role Description

We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Market Research Executive who can search the entire internet, identify businesses that need software solutions, and extract accurate decision-maker data. Your work will directly fuel our sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research businesses that may require websites, apps, CRM, automation, or custom software
  • Identify potential clients from:
  1. Google Search & Google Maps
  2. LinkedIn & company websites
  3. Business directories & start-up listings
  4. Social media business pages
  • Extract and verify lead details:
  1. Business name
  2. Business Description
  3. Owner / Founder / Manager name
  4. Phone number & email
  5. Website & location
  6. Brief problem or opportunity identified
  • Maintain and update leads in Google Sheets / CRM
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets

Required Skills

  • Strong internet research skills
  • Ability to find information from multiple online sources
  • Good understanding of how businesses operate
  • Basic knowledge of IT services (websites, apps, software)
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
  • Attention to detail and consistency

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in lead generation or market research
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn search, Apollo, Hunter, Snov, etc.
  • Understanding of B2B sales or software services
  • Prior experience working with sales teams
