We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Sector-18 Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product improvement and sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations as required.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or direct marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory).
