1. Market Research & Lead Identification
- Conduct market research to identify prime locations such as malls, airports, corporate parks, gyms, hospitals, colleges, and premium residential complexes.
- Analyze footfall, customer type, and suitability of locations for vending machine installation.
- Build and update a pipeline of potential locations.
2. Partnership Development
- Approach and develop partnerships with property owners, facility managers, mall management, corporate HR/admin teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Present JuiceTaps concept and benefits to decision-makers and secure placement approvals.
3. Negotiation & Agreement Finalization
- Negotiate contracts, rental terms, revenue-sharing models, and placement agreements to ensure profitable installations.
- Coordinate internally to ensure all agreements adhere to company guidelines.
4. Performance Monitoring & Business Improvement
- Track sales performance of installed vending machines and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Suggest location upgrades, promotions, or relocation based on performance insights.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams for seamless installation and launch at new sites.
- Ensure all required approvals and site readiness are completed before machine installation.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales forecasts for management review.
- Maintain an updated tracker of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfort with fieldwork, client visits, and location assessments.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Experience in location sourcing / corporate tie-ups / B2B field sales preferred
- Vending machine experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
