Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role will also require conducting meetings with potential clients, delivering sales presentations, and preparing reports on sales performance and market insights. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to devise sales strategies is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, planning, and achieving targets
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in the education sector or in a similar sales role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and local languages is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
