About the Role:
Guardian Financial Experts is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to guide potential clients regarding our financial and debt resolution services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
• Explain company services related to loan settlement and financial solutions.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful clients.
• Maintain client data and update CRM records regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic understanding of sales and client handling.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems is an advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
What We Offer:
• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
