Area Sales Executive drives revenue and market penetration within a designated geographic territory. They are responsible for prospecting new clients, managing local distributor/dealer relationships, and executing strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.Key ResponsibilitiesTarget Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas within the assigned territory.Territory Management: Map out and develop the local market, identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients.Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and end-users.Lead Generation & Conversion: Conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and present product solutions to prospective buyers.Market Monitoring: Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and product availability within the patch.Reporting: Document sales pipeline activities and client details using CRM systems.Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Commercial Awareness: Deep understanding of local market dynamics and regional consumer behavior.Resilience & Mobility: High adaptability, a willingness to travel regularly, and the endurance to work in a target-driven environment.Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, alongside 1-3 years of proven field or territory sales experience.
