Job Title: Sales Executive / Corporate Sales Associate

Role Overview
The Sales Executive will manage corporate leads, understand client sustainability needs, explain Grow Billion Trees offerings, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. The role requires relationship-building, proposal preparation, and end-to-end lead management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Client Engagement
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated by marketing or research.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
- Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Regular follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed projects.
Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, CSR teams, and sustainability partners.
- Ensure high responsiveness and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Organize client visits to project sites and build credibility.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain CRM records, track lead stages, and prepare weekly updates.
- Provide input on client needs and trends to improve product offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of B2Bsales or partnerships experience.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
