Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive / Corporate Sales Associate

Location: [Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai/Delhi NCR/ Hybrid]

Department: Corporate Partnerships

Reports To: Sales Lead

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will manage corporate leads, understand client sustainability needs, explain Grow Billion Trees offerings, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. The role requires relationship-building, proposal preparation, and end-to-end lead management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion & Client Engagement
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads generated by marketing or research.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
  • Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Regular follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed projects.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients, CSR teams, and sustainability partners.
  • Ensure high responsiveness and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Organize client visits to project sites and build credibility.

Sales Reporting

  • Maintain CRM records, track lead stages, and prepare weekly updates.
  • Provide input on client needs and trends to improve product offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 14 years of B2Bsales or partnerships experience.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
