Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Pune. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients for security and surveillance solutions, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing sales proposals, and closing deals. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and regularly reporting progress to the sales team.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and business development expertise, including lead generation and client relationship management.
  • Ability to effectively explain and demonstrate security and surveillance products.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, result-oriented selling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of security systems, technical sales, and industry trends is preferred.
  • Self-motivation, organizational abilities, and capability to work independently.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is desirable.
