Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client inquiries, conducting need analysis, developing customized funding plans, and coordinating with banks and financial institutions for loan processing. You will also be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service with a focus on delivering effective financial solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of business finance products such as business loans, working capital facilities, and structured funding solutions
  • Experience in client relationship management and sales strategy development
  • Ability to analyze business financials and customize funding solutions
  • Knowledge of the financial sector, including banking and NBFC processes
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Previous experience in financial sales or business consulting is a plus
