Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, delivering effective presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent service. The role may also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Person shall have knowledge of sales of Ferrous / Non Ferrous Metals and Plastics .

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales, client relationship management, and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
  • Experience in working in the e-waste or recycling industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
