Role & Responsibilities:

Drive retail sales growth by promoting and selling paints and chemical products to customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and channel partners
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and timely delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
