Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will focus on driving sales growth through building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting solutions, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge in market research, lead generation, and identifying business opportunities
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in B2B sales or the infrastructure and construction industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
