Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, fostering customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, following up on leads, conducting client meetings, presenting product solutions, achieving sales targets, and maintaining sales and client interaction records. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales acumen, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of synthetic rubbers, rubber chemicals, or related industrial materials
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Analytical skills for market research and identifying sales opportunities
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and prior sales experience in the industrial or chemical sector
