Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Executive (Medical Representative) to join our team in Bhagalpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and excellent communication skills.

This is not a sales or target-chasing role.

Key Responsibilities

Visit doctors clinics, hospitals, and consulting rooms

Explain the app's purpose, workflow, and benefits in clear medical language

Conduct live demos and step-by-step onboarding

Train doctors and clinic staff on daily basis

Address workflow, privacy, and process-related queries

Ensure active usage post-onboarding (not just installation)

Collect doctor feedback and share with the product team

Maintain professional, long-term relationships with referral doctors

Maintain visit, onboarding, and adoption records

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Excellent spoken English and professional communication

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Comfortable interacting with senior doctors and consultants

Quick learner with ability to understand app workflows

Calm, consultative, non-salesy personality

Preferred Background

Bachelor's degree in B Pharma or related field.

Ability to build trust with medical professional
