Job Description: Sales Executive

Doto Health (CareMother), A fast growing health-tech company in the field of women care pioneer in developing state of art innovative medical devices, software solutions and healthcare services. We focus on pregnancy and Neonatal care. We are based out of Pune and incubated in SINE, IIT Bombay. We develop innovative technologies and process solutions for Clinics and hospitals to improve the quality of healthcare delivery and improve engagement with pregnant couples and newborns. We are a young and aggressive company dedicated to becoming a market leader in the field of pregnancy/neonatal care devices and solutions equipped with state-of-the-art AI technologies that enhance and upgrade the entire care experience of both the care provider and the expecting mother.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding and managing key accounts for sales and relationship development. Important functions will be to reach out to corporate hospitals and key accounts in the said region, demonstrate product basket, create business opportunities and bring revenue. In case of new products new business model testing will also be part of the responsibility. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, training skills and the ability to build and maintain successful partnerships. We are looking for a doer and executor. What we are not looking for- who is not willing to travel, who can not have clear business communication and negotiation with distributor partners, fresher with no experience of handling distributors, who is not good at training.

Responsibilities of Sales Executive:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Target and manage corporate hospital key accounts in Bangalore and Hyderabad
  • Build partnerships and try out different business models
  • Regular visits to partners
  • Provide product demonstrations and live trials on expecting mothers along with the application engineer
  • Educate Prospect customer, doctors/ Nurses on the advantages of using advanced devices compared to conventional solutions.
  • Achieve month-on-month sales targets with a go-getter attitude.
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships with new and existing doctors and generate referrals from them and take feedback on the product.
  • Collect, document, and present field sales data on a regular basis.
  • Generate regular feedback/insights from the market on current trends and competitors products and offerings.

  • Use CRM/Data collection tools provided by company

  • Travel to allocated region cities/towns for regular sales efforts

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience and network of corporate hospital in Bangalore and Hyderabad
  • Willingness to work on market creation for new concept
  • Proven experience of selling multiple products
  • Proven experience in working application engineer
  • Demonstrate practiced negotiation skills to close a sales deal with optimal attempts
  • Willingness to do field sales and travel extensively in the targeted geography.
  • Should have a proven history of consistent target achievement.
  • Should have a positive attitude and commitment to the work assigned.
  • Should be a thorough team player.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships are a must.
  • Regional travel is a must to do in this job.

Education: Graduate with relevant experience.

Experience: 1- 3 Years relevant experience in medical device/equipment sales/ corporate hospital sales. Experience in the OBGYN segment will be preferred.

Package : 3 to 4 Lpa

Role: Sales Executive
