Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Sales Executive will pursue new leads, respond to inquiries, conduct site visits, and present Elemental Realty's projects to prospective clients. The role includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation, closing, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM tool.

Qualifications:

  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to conduct effective site visits, explain project features and benefits, and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Comfort with CRM tool & basic MS Office applications to manage leads and sales pipelines.
  • Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with an ethical approach to selling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and site meetings simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market, including local regulations and buyer preferences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
