Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in New Delhi.

Call potential customers using company-provided leads

Book appointments for hair, skin, and wellness consultations

Manage appointment scheduling across multiple clinic locations

Answer customer queries and provide basic service information

Update call status and appointment details in CRM / system

Achieve daily and monthly calling & booking targets

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Confident on calls with a sales-oriented attitude

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Experience in telecalling / inside sales is preferred (freshers may apply)

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in building customer relationships, client communication, and customer service excellence
  • Understanding of market trends and ability to develop effective sales strategies
  • Results-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
