Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive/Manager to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth within their respective territorial domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our voice and communication solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

Solution Selling: Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific business challenges, showcasing the value of Clixxo's products and services.

Sales Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals in close coordination with the Line Manager.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clixxo's product portfolio and industry trends.

Travel: Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.

Strong understanding of the one's territorial market.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented person

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and own vehicle would be an added qualification

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling IP-PBX systems, telecommunications equipment, or related solutions

Existing network of contacts within the telecommunications industry

Knowledge of SIP and VoIP protocols

Familiarity with government procurement processes (GeM)

Aptitude to communicate, ability to learn and adapt with an attitude to excel shall be the foremost qualification criteria.
