The Role: Your Impact

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Sales Executive who understands that luxury real estate is a game of trust, not just transactions. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for high-ticket inventory in Bangalore's most coveted micro-markets (North Bangalore, South Bangalore, and luxury pockets).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Advisory: Move beyond pitching to understanding the HNW (High-Net-Worth) client's portfolio needs. Match them with properties that pass Enzo's rigorous vetting process.
  • Deal Closure: Expertly navigate negotiations and close high-value transactions with professionalism and confidence.
  • Site Experience Management: Conduct impactful, data-backed site visits that educate the client on micro-market trends, infrastructure growth, and ROI potential.
  • Strategic Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined, intentional friction sales funnel, ensuring every lead is nurtured with high-value touchpoints rather than repetitive calling.
  • Network Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with premium developers and high-intent channel partners.

Who You Are

  • The Market Expert: You have a deep understanding of Bangalore's real estate landscape (e.g., Sadahalli, Devanahalli, Sarjapur) and can explain market volatility or appreciation trends to a sophisticated investor.
  • The Communicator: You possess impeccable English communication skills (verbal and written). You are as comfortable discussing EMI metrics as you are discussing luxury lifestyle trends.
  • The High Performer: You are target-oriented but value integrity above all. You thrive in an environment where your success is measured by both revenue and the trust you earn.
  • The Professional: You understand RERA norms, legal due diligence basics, and can work seamlessly with CRM tools to track your pipeline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
