Sales Development Representative (SDR) - AI Product (B2B)

About the role
We are looking for an SDR to build top-of-funnel for an AI Product (B2B). This role is for someone who enjoys outbound sales, can create conversations from scratch, and has the discipline to follow up consistently until meetings are booked.

You will be responsible for reaching the right decision-makers, creating qualified opportunities, and helping build a strong demo pipeline for the sales team.

What you will do

  • Build a pipeline of qualified demo opportunities through calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
  • Reach out to HR leaders, talent teams, hiring leaders, and business stakeholders across target accounts
  • Identify the right accounts and decision-makers through structured prospecting and research
  • Book qualified demos for the team and ensure clean handoff
  • Run consistent follow-up cadences across prospects and warm leads
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate activity tracking
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and demo-booking targets
  • Share feedback on what messaging, personas, and segments are working best

What we are looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Evidence of booking meetings or creating pipeline
  • Strong follow-up discipline and comfort with repetitive execution
  • Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach
  • Comfort in a startup environment where playbooks are still evolving

Good to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR-tech, or recruiting-tech
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sequencing
