Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator for our Real Estate Vertical to streamline operations, support sales teams, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Coordination & Operations

Coordinate between sales, marketing, and management teams to ensure seamless business

operations.

Support real estate project launches, campaigns, and lead flow management.

Ensure timely follow-ups and closure coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Client Communication

Act as a primary point of contact for clients and channel partners.

Handle client queries, site visit coordination, and post-sales communication.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain and update client, inventory, and sales data in CRM systems.

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Sales Team Coordination

Monitor and maintain sales team targets and performance data.

Assist in lead allocation and tracking conversions.

Support the sales team with documentation and process coordination.

Payment & Cash Flow Management

Track customer payments, dues, and collections.

Coordinate with finance teams for invoicing and payment follow-ups.

Assist in maintaining project-level cash flow tracking and reporting.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure proper documentation for all sales transactions.

Coordinate with legal/finance teams for compliance-related tasks.

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in real estate coordination/sales support/operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of real estate sales processes and documentation
