Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Executive for a full-time on-site role located in Kolhapur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting sales pitches and presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the marketing team, staying updated on industry trends, and representing the company at relevant events will also form part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including experience with lead generation, client relationship management, and sales negotiation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industrial products and an understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in industrial sales or similar roles is a plus
  • Knowledge of the local market in Kolhapur and surrounding areas is advantageous
