Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) at IP Websoft in Kolhapur. The BDE will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, and supporting the sales pipeline on a daily basis. Key activities include prospecting through online platforms, initiating conversations via calls, WhatsApp, and email, and scheduling discovery or strategy calls for the senior business development team.

Qualifications

·        Lead Generation, Prospecting and Outreach skills

·        Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

·        Experience with cold calling, email outreach and follow-ups

·        Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools and spreadsheets

·        Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Development)

·        Ability to research and identify potential clients

·        Strong organizational and time management skills

·        Persistent, target-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

·         Identify and generate leads through Google, GMB, JustDial, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

·         Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp follow-ups and email outreach

·         Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior BD/management

·         Maintain and update CRM/Google Sheets with accurate lead status

·         Coordinate on proposals and quotations

·         Assist with invoice follow-ups and documentation when required
